From: I have no name | #009 Theirs no file that just says fallout, theirs 3 called fallout 3. One starts the game, ones the security catalog *doubt its pasted into there* and the others a cgf file which apparently i have to download something to work with.

I created a small mod manager. It can manage esp files and install / uninstall mods. It also edits all necessary files. I hate how your character is always pointing his gun foward 100% of the time in First Person, it's not immersive. Now your character will have their guns downed when not firing it. This mod adds lights and FX beams (some flickering ones too) to most of the street lights and signs in the DC ruins. It works great with Fellout A collection of presets using ReShade (v1.1 and 3.0.X) and ENB (323). Brotherhood for basic gaming; Institute ASD/Enhanced for gaming and screen shots; Lone Wanderer for a dark cinematic style; Railro Tweaks various INI settings with a few clicks!
